1. What Yummy Log is

Yummy Log is a digital tool for logging and reviewing your daily food information (e.g. meals, feelings, notes and optional photos). The app may offer sync across devices, local reminders and connection with health professionals you authorize, according to the installed version's features.

The app is not a medical device and does not replace consultation, diagnosis, prescription or professional follow-up. Health decisions are your responsibility together with the professionals you choose.

2. Eligibility and account

You declare you have legal capacity to accept these Terms (or have authorization from a guardian, when required by local law). Features requiring login use authentication providers indicated in the app; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the truthfulness of the information you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in an illegal, abusive way or in a way that violates third-party rights.
• Try to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
• Reverse engineer, exploit flaws or improperly overload systems.
• Use the app to disseminate illegal, offensive content or content that infringes store policies.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious violation of these Terms or by legal requirement, when applicable.

4. Connection with health professionals

If you choose to link a professional, the scope of what they can view depends on the product's rules and the choices available in the app. You may revoke or adjust links when the feature exists. The professional is responsible for ethical and legal use of the information in their practice.

5. Content and license

Content you create in the app remains yours, to the extent you hold rights to it. To operate the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, display and sync that content as necessary to provide the app (including cloud backup when active).

Marks, design, code and other app elements are owned by the developer or licensors, unless otherwise stated.

6. Third-party services

The app may depend on third-party services (e.g. app stores, Google Firebase, login providers). Use of those services is subject to each one's terms and privacy policies. Unavailability or changes to those services may affect the app.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, limit or discontinue features; updates may be required to keep using the service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Total liability, when it cannot be excluded, is limited to what is reasonable in relation to free use or the amount you paid for the app in the relevant period, as permitted by law.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, an integral part of this set of information for transparency.

10. Applicable law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, save for mandatory norms to the contrary in your country of residence. The venue of the developer's domicile is elected, except where consumer law requires a different venue.
